Not much is known about this Polish horde that has been active since 2011. In 2012 the band released a CD-demo through Societas Oculorum Arcanorum, a Polish label that has worked with bands like Plaga and Throneum. In 2013 the same demo, which was titled Abhorrent Rites, was re-released on cassette by a South-American label called Black Goat Terrorist 666. I know absolutely nothing about that label and their page didn’t really tell me anything except that they have some very good looking T-shirts for sale. So, if you are looking for something nice to wear you can’t go wrong clicking this link right here.
What Temple Desecration offers us here via Iron Bonehead is 12 minutes of the filthiest, foulest and bestial blackened Death Metal. Very much in the vein of Beherit, Blasphemy, Archgoat, Revenge and you get where I’m going with this, right? The band is hitting all the right buttons but if I were to pick it out of a line-up I doubt I could. With that said, I do think this would do well on stage. The band never really stops going and remains ferocious throughout the whole 12 minutes offered here. Sure, there’s a breather or two, but they never venture into the sector of doom and no gloom.
All in all a nice addition to an already pretty stacked rack of Bestial Black Death metal and with that in mind I’m going to give this mini-album a 4 out of 5.
